Culture Shock is ‘Party Rockin’ with H-Dhami in the New Dub

Culture Shock has a brand new dub for us this week! This one features UK Bhangra artist, H-Dhami.  The trio’s dub is of LMFAO’s hit song, “Party Rock Anthem.” We think the guys did a phenomenal job, and bringing on H-Dhami was a great idea. Perhaps more tracks featuring H-Dhami and Culture Shock are on the way? We’re not too sure about that one, but we do know that this dub is our favorite so far.

We even like this dub better than LMFAO’s original version. The track features some Bhangra and Urban Desi flair that has us all singing along. Are you a fan of this week’s new track? Give us your feedback!

Introducing Bhangra Artist Gurinder Seagal

Born and bred from Punjab, India, the singer moved to England at the tender age of 15 years. Now at the age of 20, Gurinder is ready to launch his career with his debut single titled “Tu Rendeh” with lyrics given by Tari Banwalipuria.

The single is produced by Kaz and Hami, who have their own album releasing later this year. Hami also lends his English vocals in Tu Rendeh. The album is has some cool effects that put us into a trance. They remind us of the 3Mix video we just dropped on the site today.

Check out the full music video of Tu Rendeh below and let us know if you want to hear more from this artist!

RDB Teams Up With Akshay Kumar and Ludacris

American rapper Ludacris is going Desi baby!  Back in October we told you that Luda is teaming up with Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar to work on a track for the Hollywood film Breakaway,  now we got confirmation that Bhangra group RDB is working on the track with them as well.

There were rumors that RDB was working on this track in the past, now the Bhangra boys say it’s official.

This isn’t the first time RDB and Akshay has teamed up with a famous rapper from the states, they have collaborated with Snoop Dogg in Singh is Kinng. The track itself however, did not appeal to the entire globe like many thought it would. Hopefully their collaboration with Ludacris will be more successful.

The film stars Hollywood and Bollywood actors that include Rob Lowe, Camilla Belle, and Anupham Kher. The trailer looks hot and the East meets West vibe bodes well here. The film reminds us of Bend it Like Beckham and Bride and Prejudice which also featured Anupham Kher. Let us know if you are excited for this film after watching the trailer above!
